FAQS

What kind of experience do you have?

We have both grown up with dogs and cats our whole lives. We have experience with all different breeds, ages (from a few days old to 15 years old) and temperaments and will adapt to fit your pets needs. We have experience administering oral medications as well as insulin to dogs. We also have experience on farms with horses, sheep, goats and chickens as well as rats, guinea pigs and rabbits. We're always keen to learn more!

What if my pet is reactive or anxious?

No problem at all! We have experience with dogs and cats off all kinds of natures and can offer solo walks or house visits with lots of play time and cuddles. We will work closely, taking our time to let your pet warm up to us with the help of lots of praise and reward. We will keep you updated regularly on our process!

What areas do you service and do you pick up & drop off?

For Day Care, we offer pick up between Berriedale- Hobart + Lindisfarne
For Adventures, we cater for areas between Berriedale- Sandy Bay + Rosny/Bellerive- Oakdowns
For On-lead Walks we cater to Berriedale- Sandy Bay + Rosny/Bellerive- Lindsifarne
For House Visits we cater to Berriedale- Sandy Bay + Rosny/Bellerive- Rokeby/Howrah

For Pet/House sitting we cater to most of Clarence, Glenorchy and Hobart City Councils + other areas with special exceptions

Do I need to be at home when you collect or drop off my dog?

No. We can grab them from your yard or we also hold keys, always in a safe and secure location! Although, if you have a nervous pup that may be a bit wary or hesitant, we do recommend it for the first couple of times to ensure they feel the most at ease and comfortable.

What happens in an emergency?

You will be contacted straight away to discuss the situation if an emergency is to occur. If you're unreachable and it is required, we will take your pet to your appointed vet or closest available if needed
